The plan booklet describes the principal features of the group benefit plan. If there are variations between the information in the booklet and the provisions of the policy, the policy will prevail.
If you are enrolled in the Refrigeration Workers Health & Welfare Plan, you fall into one of the classifications listed below. When reviewing the plan booklet, you will notice the differences in coverage for each classification. If you are unsure what classification you are part of, contact the Health & Welfare office.
Class 1: Active Members – Building Trades
Class 2: Associate Members
Class 10: All Other Retired Members
Class 11: Current Year Retired Members
Class 12: Active Members – Metal Trades FMO
