The Journeyman and Apprentice Training Fund is governed by both labour and employer representatives with the purpose of providing the best and most up-to-date training to members working for contributing contractors.
The JATF works with the Director of Training, Refrigeration Training Institute, and other service providers to ensure the training is an investment that pays dividends for the membership and contractors.
Reimbursement for eligible trade-related training expenses is determined by the Journeyman Apprentice Training Fund (JATF) on a pre-authorization basis.
